Facilities Supervisor

Responsibilities Facilities: Proficient in building operations, space management, moves, decommissions, vendor relationships, HVAC, utilities, maintenance, and deliveries. Safety: Partner with Global Safety and Security on emergency response and assist with in site training and real-life incident management.
Security: Partner with Security on daily aspects of physical security access, badging, and equipment maintenance. Service: Partner with the Regional Director and the local departments to ensure we are providing the best studio experience for employees and guests by taking ownership, and responding to workplace tickets promptly.
Janitorial: Vendor relationship, drive improvements and monitor quality of performance. Employee Engagement: Help promote employee engagement and site wide communications on events and studio happenings. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Diversity & Inclusion, and Business Unit Leadership on special projects, delivering the best people experience and a successful workplace.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in facilities management, customer service or hospitality. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to drive office engagement through events and initiatives, with an emphasis on maintaining clear office on-site communications.
Ability to build relationships with the capacity to engage in open dialogue with multiple partners, promoting collaborative working relationships. Strategic and agile mindset, able to identify potential issues and implementing solutions. Experience managing vendor relationships and driving improvements.
