100% Bilingual Sales Agent (English – Intermediate Level)

Apex Media is seeking a Sales Agent with a focus on bilingual recruitment (English/Spanish)—a highly motivated, results-driven individual with proven skills in sales, communication, and recruitment processes. This position is ideal for professionals who are responsible, adaptable to changing environments, and comfortable working in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate should have an intermediate level of English (B1/B2) in both speaking and writing, as the role involves interaction with clients in international markets. This position focuses on active recruitment and sales of real estate agents and loan officers, combining talent acquisition skills with strong commercial ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and maintain monthly sales and recruitment targets.
• Make and receive sales calls in English and Spanish to promote opportunities and attract candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment and sales cycle for real estate agents and loan officers, from prospecting to closing.
• Provide professional, efficient, and solutions-oriented support to both clients and candidates.
• Keep CRM records updated and generate performance reports using Excel.
• Collaborate with remote teams to achieve common goals.
• Adapt to new situations, process changes, or operational priorities.
• Handle high workloads and pressure without compromising service quality.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Intermediate English level (B1/B2): verbal and written, with verifiable level (via interview, test, or documentation).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment, preferably with international client contact.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (basic functions, filters, tables).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong goal orientation, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• Must have a personal computer and stable internet connection to perform daily tasks.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in B2B or B2C phone sales targeting the U.S. market.
• Experience in recruiting for commercial, real estate, or financial roles.
• Certifications in sales, customer service, recruitment, or CRM.
• Technical or university studies in business, administration, or related fields.
• Experience in the real estate sector will be considered a plus.
