We are looking for Call Center Supervisors to join our Recruiting Team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. What You Will Do:
- Be responsible for managing and promoting the development of the recruiters in your charge.
- Generate evaluation and productivity reports, measuring management indicators.
- Coordinate the work team.
Here's what we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of work experience in similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great self-management capacity.
- Advanced English level.
