You will be introduced to, coached in, and trained in multiple tools used for finding relevant candidates in different sources such as databases, social media, and job boards, acquiring the skills to apply search filters on all of these platforms to find hyper-targeted candidates.

We seek young, open-minded people who want to learn how to work autonomously and who are not afraid to speak their minds. We offer a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, packed with challenges and growth opportunities.

What You Will Do:

  • Learn about our entire talent acquisition process, from our current talent sources and strategy to how the candidate attraction process works and how these candidates are processed and vetted.
  • Learn how to find highly qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, candidate databases, and social media.
  • Discover the best tools for identifying not only qualified but also great candidates who are likely to apply for open positions.
  • Take your first steps in the direction of a highly effective sourcing role, capable of discovering new top talent profiles that fit our clients' demands.
  • Reach out to candidates who are not necessarily looking for a job on LinkedIn and by email.
  • Process candidates’ applications for openings from different areas within the company.
  • Participate in a multitude of different projects with different managers across the company.
  • Students or recent graduates of Humanities.
  • Excellent analytical abilities; ability to learn quickly.
  • A natural improviser! Someone with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good academic grades will be a plus.
  • Advanced English level.

Desirable (but not essential!):

  • 1+ years of previous work experience.
  • Previous experience in the IT market is a big plus!
