Senior People Experience Partner at BairesDev
We are seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to drive cultural transformation in our global, remote-first environment. As a PeopleX Partner, you'll shape our workplace for the future while working with top-tier professionals, tackling both daily challenges and complex strategic initiatives.
You'll champion engagement, employee well-being, and impactful change, aligning actions to organizational values. By collaborating with centers of excellence and visionary leaders, you'll transform strategy into action, fostering a people-first culture that drives high-performance teams, client value creation, and inclusion.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces ambiguity, and believes that true transformation starts with people.
What You'll Do:
- Lead monthly meetings with business area leaders and quarterly sessions with VPs to sync on business needs and talent management.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on policy interpretation and application.
- Collaborate with HR departments to develop and implement people programs.
- Analyze people metrics and trends to develop effective solutions.
- Drive performance management processes across all cycles.
- Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Partner with centers of excellence to implement organizational changes.
- Design and execute strategic talent management programs.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in People & Culture.
- Strong background in HRBP functions.
- Experience in compensation, performance management, and talent development.
- Proven track record working with C-Level executives.
- Knowledge of employee/labor relations and leadership coaching.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile framework (Plus).
- Experience supporting US employees (Plus).
- Advanced level of English.
