Responsibilities:
  • Create/Upload and maintain supplier catalogs as per country request
  • User support/training
  • Identify opportunities for the creation of new catalogs/contracts
  • Identify and resolve transactional problems regarding the purchasing process: review and process purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a finance, purchasing or accounting position.
  • Administrative Knowledge: Strong knowledge of administrative and financial processes.
Key skills:
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Independence: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Customer Orientation: Commitment to customer service and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

-Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex tasks.

-Detail-oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.

Required skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
English language proficiency
B2+ C1 certificate
  • Mastery of MS Office applications (intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

-Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems (desirable).

Based in Bogotá, Colombia.
