This role is responsible for building proactive talent pipelines across assigned markets and functions in Latin America. You will focus on market mapping, candidate attraction, and engagement strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring stakeholders.
The role sits within a centralized global hub based in Bogotá, supporting cross-border hiring needs in a dynamic, multinational environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple markets in Latin America.
- Conduct talent mapping and identify target companies / candidate pools for priority roles.
- Engage passive candidates through multichannel sourcing approaches.
- Build diverse, high-quality pipelines across corporate, commercial, supply chain, and market functions.
- Partner closely with TA Partners to align sourcing activity with hiring priorities.
- Use market insights, talent intelligence, and data to improve pipeline quality and speed.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through handover.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking within ATS / CRM systems.
- Support continuous improvement in sourcing tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Proven sourcing or recruitment experience of at least 4 years within a multinational, agency, or global environment.
- Strong track record building pipelines for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions is highly valued.
- Advanced English skills required.
- Portuguese highly valued for selected markets.
- Strong research, mapping, and candidate engagement capability.
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and modern sourcing technologies.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
