Position Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media Marketing Analyst to lead, optimize, and scale our paid advertising efforts across multiple markets.
This role goes beyond campaign execution. You will be responsible for translating ad spend into measurable business growth, connecting marketing performance to real store revenue, and building scalable systems that improve efficiency and ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Paid Media Management
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads (as applicable)
- Manage and allocate budgets across multiple locations and campaigns
- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion Rate
- Continuously improve performance through structured testing of:
- Creative assets
- Audience targeting
- Offers
- Landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership, marketing, and sales teams
- Optimize campaigns focused on franchise lead generation
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve:
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- Ensure alignment with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM)
- Execute localized campaigns for:
- New store openings
- Underperforming locations
- Promotions and events
- Adjust targeting based on demographics, local behavior, and store performance data
- Ensure proper implementation of:
- Pixels
- Conversion tracking
- Event tracking
I-mprove attribution models to better measure ROI
Testing & Scaling Systems- Build and execute structured testing frameworks (A/B testing, creative iteration)
-Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them across markets
Qualifications- 3–6+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing campaigns on:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho CRM or similar preferred)
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
