Scope of the Role
We are seeking a Media Buyer to manage Google and Meta campaigns end-to-end, optimizing performance, improving ROI, and ensuring patient acquisition goals are consistently met. This role will partner closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results for our healthcare clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads) campaigns.
- Develop, test, and scale lead generation strategies for client acquisition.
- Oversee 2 Google + 2 Meta accounts, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance.
- Track and report on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Align paid media strategy with overall client goals.
- Advise on budgets, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
- Stay current with platform updates, compliance rules, and healthcare advertising regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Proven track record of delivering ROI on Google Ads + Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, campaign setup, and tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in healthcare or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.
