Scope of the Role:As the Amazon PPC Specialist, you will manage day-to-day advertising on Amazon with a strong emphasis on meeting TACOS targets, improving non-branded keyword rankings, and driving new-to-brand acquisition. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Amazon to execute strategy, optimise campaigns, and ensure high performance across all ad types.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, focusing on non-branded growth and keyword ranking.
- Maintain and optimize campaigns toward specific TACOS goals.
- Use Search Query Performance (SQP) reports and Brand Analytics to guide keyword targeting and budget allocation.
- Monitor CPC, CVR, ROAS, and NTB sales to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- Track keyword rank and share of voice for core terms.
- Deliver clear, actionable performance reports and continuously optimize based on results.
Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience managing $200K+/month in Amazon ad spend, preferably in supplements or other high-CPC categories (beauty, hair care).
- Proficiency in all ad types (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), with a strong focus on new-to-brand acquisition strategies.
- Deep understanding of high-CPC bid management ($6–$10 CPCs), keyword ranking, campaign segmentation, and branded/conquesting tactics.
- Skilled with tools such as SQP, Brand Analytics, and Helium10.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create structured, results-focused reports (ROAS, TACOS, CVR, NTB %).
