Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 5+ Years

Salary Range: $800 - $1000 (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure project success from kickoff through completion. This role includes oversight of timelines, budgets, quality standards, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets
Lead sprint calls, enforce zero inbox policy, and oversee daily task tracking
Coordinate with designers, developers, sales, and leadership
Monitor KPIs, track performance, and report progress
Ensure quality standards across deliverables
Approve team leave and overtime; manage meeting logistics

Act as a backup for outbound and inbound calls when Sales Callers are out sick or on leave

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of project management experience
Proficient in tools like Asana, Trello, Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Comfortable making professional phone calls when needed

Backup Internet Connection
USB Headset with Noise Cancelling

Backup for Power Outage: Generator/UPS or Alternative Location
