They operate with a lean, distributed team across multiple time zones and focus heavily on execution, speed, and operational excellence.The organization relies on strong backend coordination to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently at scale.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior TikTok & Influencer Marketing Specialist to own and scale TikTok Shop affiliate operations across multiple campaigns and brands. This role is heavily focused on affiliate outreach, creator management, partnership negotiation, and campaign execution while also contributing strategic insight to improve operational performance and campaign outcomes.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center, understands how to manage high-volume creator pipelines, and can independently oversee the full creator lifecycle from sourcing through content delivery.This is a highly execution-focused role requiring strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills in a globally distributed environment.
You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, creators, vendors, and brand stakeholders while helping optimize affiliate systems, outreach workflows, and creator activation strategies. This role is best suited for someone proactive, data-aware, highly accountable, and energized by startup environments where ownership and initiative are valued.
Your Impact:
You will directly drive creator activation speed, affiliate campaign efficiency, and overall TikTok Shop growth across multiple brands. Your ability to manage high-volume outreach and sample coordination will improve campaign scalability while reducing operational bottlenecks and delays.
By monitoring creator performance, optimizing outreach strategies, and identifying high-performing partnerships, you will contribute to stronger GMV performance, improved conversion rates, and higher campaign ROI. Your operational precision and communication consistency will help maintain reliable campaign execution and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
You’ll also play a key role in improving affiliate systems and workflows by identifying inefficiencies, recommending scalable solutions, and helping the organization move beyond reactive execution toward more strategic campaign operations.
Core Responsibilities
Affiliate Management & Creator Outreach – 40%- Own end-to-end TikTok affiliate creator outreach from sourcing and prospecting to activation and follow-through.
- Negotiate creator pricing, deliverables, affiliate commissions, and flat-fee partnership agreements.
- Manage high-volume sample coordination across active brand campaigns.
- Oversee sample approval workflows, logistics coordination, and fulfillment tracking.
- Track creator deliverables and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure campaign execution timelines are met.
- Execute TikTok Shop and influencer marketing campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Monitor GMV, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and creator performance data.
- Identify high-performing creators and recommend scaling opportunities.
- Test creator segments, outreach messaging, and campaign approaches to improve activation and conversion performance.
- Support campaign optimization through data-driven recommendations and reporting insights.
- Support daily TikTok Shop operations including product listings and shop monitoring.
- Coordinate with brand stakeholders on promotions, campaign alignment, and shop strategy.
- Maintain operational accuracy within Seller Center and Affiliate Center workflows.
- Identify operational issues proactively and resolve them independently whenever possible.
- Provide clear creator briefs and ensure deliverables meet campaign expectations.
- Manage communication with creators, affiliates, and vendors across ongoing campaigns.
- Maintain organized records for creator partnerships, contracts, and sample coordination.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Contribute strategic recommendations on creator sourcing, outreach strategies, and campaign structure.
- Provide clear updates and campaign reporting to internal teams via Slack and other communication channels.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend scalable operational improvements.
- Support the development of more efficient affiliate systems and creator management processes.
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)- Minimum 1 year of direct TikTok Shop experience using Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
- Proven experience managing high-volume creator sample programs at scale.
- Experience running end-to-end affiliate outreach including sourcing, negotiation, activation, and creator management.
- Strong understanding of affiliate commission structures and flat-fee creator partnerships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creator pipelines simultaneously.
- Data-aware mindset with experience interpreting GMV, CVR, engagement, and creator performance metrics.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced startup environments.
- Comfortable working within overlapping Israel time zone hours.
- Experience managing TikTok Shop operations across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Background in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as Upfluence, Modash, or similar tools.
- Understanding of UGC strategy, short-form video trends, and TikTok conversion drivers.
- Experience working with distributed or global remote teams.
